Her making the deal makes no sense. In fact, Light making the request of her doesn't make sense either. Before Misa was captured, Rem already agreed to kill L whenever Light wanted; there's no need to have her remember a name from months ago. Plus, the timing is suspicious...just after Misa leaves, L dies the same day? The obvious deduction would be she has a death note hidden somewhere and got it after she was freed. For me, this is the first writing misstep of the anime. As smart as Light is, he should know it's a ridiculous ask of her to remember that and the timing was bad.

This reunion is hardcore but could potentially create a plot hole...when Light sent Misa to get the notebook from the forest, he was worried about the camera above them and his lips being read. We can even see them on the camera in THIS scene...and yet he turns towards the camera while smiling and says "it's been a long time, Ryuk).

24 episodes is where I'm starting to see oversights in the writing. That's a long span of time, so that's pretty impressive (but I still want to note it).

I truly feel this is how it's gonna go

Light will put rim in a position where she has to save misa and kill L then she'll die. The way light does this is by making misa start killing criminals again. Then when rim kills L she'll also die and light will win until L's successor comes

Well L is dead but I have a feeling right before he dies he's gonna realize lights kira try to tell them but it'll be to late. Light probably will try to get rid of him quick this time because after light got the note book that guy died, and he'd probably try to lock him up again and L already knows there are possibly more note books so farewell L You'll be missed (by me at least). Oh I almost forgot there's probably gonna be someone that is L's successor and another person that gets the death note somehow, but I could be wrong I'm am only saying this because I believe it's the truth and the series goes on for another 10 episodes.

I have a theory that, since when he lost his memories, he didnt want to kill people, but when he regained them, it all went against his morals and so for a moment he was terrified, and screamed. Well this is just a theory.

I think the scream was the flood of information all at once. We see Misa with a similar livid/terrified look when she regains her memories, though she doesn't scream.

He's right though L's suspicions should have been verified at that moment, the note book gets passed to Light in now suddenly the man dies of heart attack that's too obvious. Light could have at least passed the note book back to L or someone else before writing the name in his watch it would have been less obvious that way.

It wouldn't have worked unfortunately. Light needs to be in possession of the notebook at the very time the current owner dies in order to pass the ownership of the notebook to Light.
If L was holding it instead of Light, then L would've been the new owner
